A New Ad for Moment to Moment Wedding & Lifestyle Photography

In the last couple months you may have seen some student (elementary aged) made advertisements around town hanging at some of the local business. It's for a Ad Design Contest at the American News that helps earn some money for local schools.

Well, I simply I must share this lovely ad that my then 6 year old did for me, Moment to Moment Wedding & Lifestyle Photography. It's fun getting to see an outside glimpse of how your kid(s) see what it is that you do.

Luke + Ashley | E-session | Aberdeen SD Photography

Ashley and Luke had some fun ideas of having their e-session pics in winter surrounded by snow, but of course this has been the winter of no snow. So you can imagine our excitement for the recent accumulation. We emailed back and forth about the possibility of snow and on Presidents Day when it started to come down we knew that could be our only chance at it so out we went and it was perfect. Big puffy flakes coming down, there was no wind and the temp was just fine. : )

Voila, a winter wonderland!

The wedding album, by Moment to Moment Wedding & Lifestyle Photography.

I snapped a few shots of a recent wedding album before I sent it off to the happy couple. It was so pretty I couldn't help myself. :)
Each of my couples receives one of these beautiful custom designed books to keep and bring them back through all the big & small moments of the day they said "I do".

It's one of my absolute favorite things to be able to provide for brides & grooms...the wedding album, it holds the memories that last for a lifetime.

Mid January and no snow? What a strange winter we are having.

Tiffany & Eric had hopes of shooting their e-session in fluffy white snow, and why not, we live in Aberdeen, SD, a place that is known for setting record snow fall this time of year.

But alas as you can tell we have very little to no snow (at this time), but that didn't put a damper on this happy couple. They were great to work with and super excited to be having their engagement pictures taken, even sans snow. :)

I know their wedding this summer is going to be great and they will be such a happy couple to photograph, no matter the weather! ;)

When Ashley and Kelly first met with me they were planning a May 2012 wedding, it then quickly went to a Jamaican destination wedding (which they did end up going - only after the wedding), once they heard some of their family and friends wouldn't be able to make it to Jamaica they then started planning an 11.11.11 wedding.

And in all honesty I can't imagine this wedding any other way then the way it went, it fit Ashley & Kelly to a "T", it was the perfect day, and was everything they wanted.

With a classic vintage, yet natural style, surrounded by the love and support of those closest to them, this wedding was simply a joy to witness and document. Thank you Ashley & Kelly for choosing me. And once again congratulations! : )

Chad + Kayla | E-session | South Dakota Photography

Chad and Kayla's e-session was such a great shoot! These two are so easy going, super sweet, and very excited for their big day.

I first met Kayla when I photographed her sisters wedding (Kimberly & Bret) back in 2008, it really doesn't seem that long ago - wow, time is flying.

I am super excited to now be photographing Kayla and Chad's wedding this summer! Kayla was showing me some DIY projects she's been working on for the wedding and they look great, I can't wait to see it all come together. I love being able to document those personal touches that couples put into their day.
